is a simplified version of how this process works:
Questionnaire, Cost, Schedule
1. Please
fill out the questionnaire and email
it to me.
This questionnaire
will help me determine what the client has in mind as well
as the overall vision of the project.
2. I will
contact the client with further questions (if applicable)
and provide a quote, and timeline, for the project.
This quote
will cover the cost of the design and implementation of the
project (if applicable) - it will not include the cost of
any graphics or scripts that will be required for the project.
I will always clear extra costs with the client before proceeding.
The extra costs will be added to the final bill.
4. Client
will be asked to sign a contract and provide half of
agreed upon payment before any work will be started.
Once I
have received a signed contract and 1/2 of the overall project
price, I will provide the client with a proposed project
completion schedule.
This
schedule will include an ending date. This ending date
is a guideline
only. If client requests additional work not stated in the
original contract after the ending date, the overall project
price will be adjusted accordingly. Remaining project balance
will be due upon completion.
