Fraternization

1. Wendy's of Missouri policy discourages fraternization between any member of management and employees.

1. Any act(s) or relationship involving management level persons that could lead to, or be suspected of, causing favoritism or preferential treatment by or toward those involved is considered fraternization, regardless of the sex of the individuals involved. Such acts and relationships are detrimental to the morale and operations of Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers. For this reason, fraternization is discouraged. This rule will be applied and enforced uniformly without regard to the gender of the employees.

2. Any employee who violates this policy may be subject to disciplinary action.
